When the usual solutions no longer add value to your organisation.

That's when we bring a different, rigorous perspective to any challenge: from marketing to product, from communications to an internal deadlock.

What emerges is a solution that surprises and, above all, works.

We call it Differential Thinking.

Beyond being useful,
it must be unforgettable.

When a project is "finished", the decisive part begins for us: what detail, seemingly unnecessary, would make it impossible to forget? AI already masters the average. Value has shifted to the extremes —and that's where human judgement makes the difference.

No matter the challenge you bring us.
We're here to help.

From a ceremony for FC Barcelona to a machine awarded by TIME. What unites every project isn't the what, but how we solve it.

About Pep Torres

Pep Torres is an inventor, keynote speaker and innovation consultant. TIME magazine named him one of the 50 best inventors in the world and Forbes one of the most creative in business; he has been a cover of The Wall Street Journal and an author in Financial Times. He is the founder of the MIBA (Museum of Ideas and Inventions of Barcelona), with over 240,000 visitors, and the creator of the Differential Thinking methodology. He has given more than 300 talks worldwide and shared his perspective with over 150,000 people. He works with brands such as FC Barcelona, NTT Data, Familia Torres, Paco Roncero and Mery.

He offers talks and keynotes, in-company creativity and innovation workshops, and consulting and creative direction, in Catalan, Spanish and English and worldwide.

Who is Pep Torres?

Inventor, creative and keynote speaker. TIME magazine named him one of the 50 best inventors in the world and Forbes one of the most creative in business; he has been a Wall Street Journal cover and a contributor to Financial Times. He founded the MIBA, the world's first museum dedicated to ideas, which drew more than 240,000 visitors in the heart of Barcelona. His inventions have travelled the world, from a vending machine whose products you pay for by pedalling off the calories to a recipe archive stored for 2,000 years under the Arctic ice. Today, with his studio Stereonoise, he brings that same perspective to companies and teams through Differential Thinking.

What is Differential Thinking?

Differential Thinking is a strategic methodology created by Pep Torres to tackle an organisation's challenges from a less obvious, more fertile perspective. It starts from a simple idea: many opportunities are hidden not by a lack of resources, but by an excess of conventional thinking. Its application goes far beyond invention: it lets you rethink campaigns, products, teams, talent, culture, innovation and the future. It turns problems, frictions and inertias into solutions that work because they change the mental frame from which the company observes, decides and executes. It doesn't chase flashy ideas; it looks for advantages that are hard to copy.

What services does he offer?

Talks and keynotes you don't forget, on creativity, innovation and the role of humans in the age of AI: more than 150,000 people have already experienced Pep Torres live. In-company training: hands-on workshops where he trains teams to solve their own challenges with the method. Consulting and creative direction, bringing a different perspective to any brand challenge, from marketing to product and from communications to an internal deadlock. The format changes; the perspective doesn't.

For which companies and events does he work?

For congresses, conventions and corporate events that want a memorable keynote, and for companies in any sector that need to unblock a challenge or truly innovate. He created the opening ceremony of the Johan Cruyff Stadium for FC Barcelona, was for four years the creativity and innovation agency of NTT DATA UK (formerly everis), and has delivered projects with Familia Torres, Paco Roncero, Mery and Happy Punt, among many others.

How to book Pep Torres?

Share the challenge you want to tackle through the contact form on this site or by writing to Consol@stereonoise.me. Pep Torres works in Catalan, Spanish and English, tailors every session to the context and the audience, and develops projects anywhere in the world. The sooner we understand the goal, the ambition and the constraints of your event or project, the better we can design a differential proposal.

Creativity and innovation consulting: how we work

Creativity and innovation consulting with Stereonoise doesn't end in a report — it ends in concepts ready to execute. It is led by Pep Torres, named by TIME among the 50 best inventors in the world and by Forbes among the most creative people in business, using his Differential Thinking method.

The process has three steps. 1. Brief. We pin down the real challenge — marketing, product, communication or an internal blocker — and agree on what a different outcome would look like. 2. Immersion. We apply Differential Thinking to look at the problem from where no one else is looking, and find the angle your competitors have missed. 3. Delivery. Actionable, prioritised concepts, with a clear view of where to start.

It is the same way of working that made us NTT DATA UK's creativity and innovation agency for four years, with projects for FC Barcelona, Familia Torres, Paco Roncero, Mery and Happy Punt.

We consult for companies across Spain and Latin America — Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Uruguay — in a remote/online format, and we travel for in-person talks and workshops. If you have a challenge on the table, tell us about it in the form below and we will come back with a concrete proposal.

What does a creativity and innovation consulting engagement include?

A diagnosis of the challenge, working sessions using the Differential Thinking method, and a delivery of actionable concepts — product, campaign, communication or experience — with support through execution if you need it. Duration depends on the challenge: we define it with you in the first conversation, with no commitment.

Do you work with companies in Latin America?

Yes. As a creativity and innovation consultant, Pep Torres works remotely with companies in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru and Uruguay, with sessions adapted to your time zone, and travels for in-person talks and workshops. We work in English, Spanish and Catalan.

What can we do for you?
